Celebrate Recovery has moved to a new night! Starting January 18th, Celebrate Recovery will meet on Wednesday nights.
Celebrate Recovery is a free Christian Recovery Program that embraces the power of God in the healing process and is open to everyone in the community who would like support and encouragement. We offer programs for men and women and free child care is available for infants-12 year olds.
The program is built around biblical principles called the Beatitudes, taken from Jesus' Sermon on the Mount. The Beatitudes instruct us on how to live complete and fulfilling lives that are free from controlling disorders. The result is freedom, peace, serenity, and a stronger relationship with God and others. We all have hurts, hang-ups, habits, or addictions that need attention.
To participate, come to a meeting! We meet every Wednesday night from 6:00-10:00 p.m. Our general schedule is as follows:
6:00-7:00 p.m.: Dinner. Come and share a hot meal for a nominal fee and enjoy good food and good company.
7:00-8:00 p.m.: Large Group Session. Everyone meets together for a time of worship and teaching or a testimony.
8:00-9:00 p.m.: Open Share Groups. This is the time to break into gender specific recovery groups where you will meet other people with similar hurts, hang-ups, and habits.
9:00-10:00 p.m.: Solid Rock Cafe. After your open share group, enjoy a cup of tea, coffee, and a light snack.
