Sharon Wallace thought that with her children grown, and 25 years in sales, she would quietly settle into a comfortable job that she could do with minimal effort while she planned for early retirement. Unbeknownst to her, God had other plans and she came to work for Creekside Church in October 2001 as the Office and Facility Manager. Sharon and her husband have been married for 25 years, have four children and are expecting our seventh grandchild. They love watching God work in the lives of our martial arts students, quiet afternoons spent on their boat reinforcing their reputations as “the worst fishermen on the planet” and consider themselves “Road Warriors” and hope one day to explore the back roads of Route 66 (in a Thunderbird Convertible of course) .In addition to reading, scrap-booking and spending time with her family, Sharon is passionate about assisting her husband in ministry and her own ministry with women and children who suffer from homelessness and domestic violence and always remaining open to future “whispers” from the Holy Spirit.
