6th ANNUAL CREEKSIDE HOLIDAY ART AND CRAFT SHOW

Proceeds benefit Building Futures with Women & Children and Interfaith Homelessness Network

We wish to make this a high-quality Art and Craft Show and we are seeking local artists and craftspeople that create quality, handmade items.  There will be no imported or factory manufactured items allowed.  There is a limited amount of booth space for the jewelry category.  All work you plan to sell should be accurately represented by the photos or samples described in your application.  Creekside promoters reserve the right to refuse items that have not been pre-approved.  Artists bring their own tables/decorations to accommodate a 6’ table area (chairs will be provided). 

State law now requires that all Artists/Crafters have a California Resale Permit.  Applications can be made on line at no charge at www.boe.ca.gov.  All booths must be left clean and neat.  Artist understands that a minimum of 10% of proceeds from the sale will be collected and donated to the above mentioned charities.  In addition, each vender agrees to donate a piece of their work for a raffle. 

All money raised from booth sales and the 10% commission from vendor proceeds goes to promotion and to the charities with no money kept by Creekside Community Church. There will be no food allowed in the auditorium however, snacks, lunch items and drinks will be available for purchase on Friday and Saturday in the Community Room. 

To help promote Friday night sales, there will be a Lasagna Dinner Event as an additional fund raising opportunity at 5:00PM.  Vendors may purchase dinner tickets in advance for $5.00 per meal and enjoy dinner at 4:00PM.  We will offer lunch on Saturday for an additional $5.00 per meal. Beverages will be available.

Fee:                      
$65 per space for 6’ x 6’ table space
$85 per space for 10’ x 6’table space
Personal seating must be contained within this space. (Limited booths located along the window area). Donated raffle item can be delivered during set up for the event and the 10% of proceeds will be collected Saturday, December 6.

Set-Up Time:
Friday, December 4th, 9:00 a.m. During show hours artists must park in the North parking lot . We will NOT be able to accommodate tents or canopies.
